I was searching tvguide.com, and, lo and behold, it had the title of eppy 18 listed! It's called "Like Any Parasite". And here's the short description:

Nathan meets Linderman in person just before the election; Hiro goes for the sword again with dire consequences; Suresh makes a breakthrough on “the list”; another person with powers, Candice Wilmer (Missy Peregrym), shows up.

Thanks for posting! Sounds fascinating.

I have to wonder though, if Nathan is going to meet with Linderman this episode, and Hiro is going after the sword that Linderman owns -- does that mean Hiro and Nathan will meet again in some way? I certainly hope so.

And I can't wait to see who this new hero is. The more the merrier.

Hmmm, so... Ando, Simone, Mrs. Bennet, Issaac, Niki/Jessica, and Matt are all still around in this episode... so who dies in Unexpected? Can't rule out a death followed by a flash-back appearance, I guess. Although I notice that FireMommy and Claude are both missing... but they probably have just stepped out of the scene for the moment, not died.

This is the episode where someone is supposed to die. It is going to be seen on March 5th and that is the date that was mentioned. So anyone listed in this episode is fair game. Look for the release of the next episode to start looking for who is not listed and who may be dead.

LOL - they have dragged out Hiro's "sword quest" for a really long time. I just assume it's because the sword is REALLY important, and they didn't want to make it easy for him.

Argggh this episode sounds realllly good, I can't wait! We finally get to see Linderman!

I wonder if, when Hiro gets the sword, he ends up killing someone in the process? I hope not, that would be horrible.

BTW jettasian, if you really hate Hiro so much, you should at least be amused that he seems to get punched in the face and/or thrown out of a building or moving vehicle like every other episode! LOL poor Hiro, he really needs his powers back...

Haha...I don't like Hiro because he's so childish and annoying. The worse thing (not his fault, but the people behind the show) is that since he has become so popular, they shifted the story, so obviously fast-track other storylines, and yet, they keep giving Hiro something every week that has nothing to do with the main story at all. Losing his power is ridiculous (which I find it far-fetched) and finding the sword to store his power is even worst. Come on, the sword has nothing to do with his power. He's not a Ninja fighter. He's a teleporter! It'd have been more believeable if his power was a fighter, so he needed the sword. What does a teleporter need a sword for?

If you think about it, if Hiro still has his power, there's really NOTHING else for him to do on this show. For the whole season so far, the only worthy scene is the futureHiro sending the message. The rest, gambling in Vegas, 2 ep about Charlie, the abduction, and last week's episode etc are all scene filler storylines. They don't really progress the main storyline at all.

Not to point out the obvious...but if Sylar kills whoever Mohinder and he goes after, and takes their power, that counts as someone dying doesnt it? Its not the big death we may be looking for in ep 18, but if "Unexpected" has a death, why not just make it the new hero? It says "Someone" dies, doesnt mean its a major death. Of course, I doubt they would make it such a huge deal if it was business as usual.

Comedy relief. Hiro will always be a nice character, and he will get his time soon. When he teleports Peter Petrelli back 65 million years in time and lets him wipe out the dinosaurs with the explosion. That's what's going to happen. Believe me. And Hiro must take part in saving NYC from the explosion, since it's been his goal since the 2nd episode. Giving that away to someone else would be wrong.

I wonder what Candice Wilmer's power will be. It's a very unassuming name, so I figure it's something incredibly powerful, 'cause that's the way the world of fiction works.

Only about half of the Heroes episodes so far have actually featured every single person who was listed in the NBC release. And others have featured characters that weren't in the release. So don't read too much into it. =)

and Claire runs off to NYC,
and HRG is jettising here and there,
then what happens to Lyle?
He's probably old enough to take care of himself. Perhaps he was adopted because he has a power too?

Was Lyle adopted? I thought he was Mr. and Mrs. Bennet's biological child... That could be interesting if he was adopted too. But he doesn't seem to show any powers and make sense if he didn't since neither Mr or Mrs. Bennet have powers themselves.

Lyle is their biological child. I think Bennet said they had him two years after they adopted Claire.
