I looked up the cast list of Glee at IMDB and found 6 people from Heroes--those mentioned above (Bob, Meredith, and Charlie), plus Dianna Agron (Debbie, the evil Costa Verda cheerleader Claire and West teach a lesson to), Ken Choi (Sam Douglas), and Norma Jean Riddick (credited as "Dancing Woman").
