She's becoming more and more mysterious every episode. It's revealed that she still has a key to mohinder's apartment. So she obviously knew about Chandra missing and the apartment being trashed well before Mohinder came to the united states.

This also explains why she didn't leave a message on his aswering machine. if she was so worried, wouldn't she have called.

I agree! There is more to Eden then meets the eye. For instance, what qualifications does she posses to discuss genetics with a prominent doctor? And why would he befriend an employee at an antique book store? It just doesn't make sense.

I agree that there's more to her than it seems, but not because she didn't leave a message, has his key or anything like that. I think the reason he gave her a key is because (get ready) she is a 'key' herself - don't know how though. Mohinder was ****** at the fact that he got nothing out of the algorithm and his father - most likely knowing how powerful Sylar is - wouldn't just have that thing 'open' lying around...

Whatever her role, it's probably important.

She conveniently stops caring for the pet lizird just days before Suresh is killed.

personally i think she becomes Mohinder's guardian cause i think sylar or claires daddy is going to come after him, she has to posess some sort of super power that can stop sylar but from what we know right now that seems hard to believe.

There's a theory going around that she might be a plant for Papa Suresh to keep tabs on his son. That is of course, if Papa Suresh is actually still alive. She could be his assistant or something as well.

after mohinder decodes more of his fathers work i'm sure Edens name will pop up...she has some sort of power n' mohinders father was helpin' her but hes not dead...just hindin' or searchin' for something or one n' Eden is keepin' tabs on mohinder for him.

I think she's working for Sylar. She's the only other person that knew that Mohinder broke into Sylar's apartment, and while in there she constantly tried to get him to leave.

Now, we're not sure what happened to her or Mohinder between their two visits to the apartment, but it's possible that if she didn't clean it up herself, she contacted Sylar or someone else to clean it up.

And when they do return and find it cleaned out, Mohinder looks directly at her and she has a guilty look on her face.

After watching the episode for a 2nd time and paying special attention to her scenes, I made a few observations.

1st, she tried to stop Mohinder from finding what was behind the curtain. 2nd, she is always fishing for answers from him. So, I'm guessing whoever she is "associated" with cannot make heads or tail of Papa Suresh's research and they believe Mohinder can. Finally, when Mohinder shows up w/ the cops and the apartment is cleaned out, Mohinder gives her a "WTF" look. She had a guilty look for sure. She is definitely up to something.

LeShaun.. I love your theory that Eden may be a KEY! This could be very important later on. It was revealed that Eden has a key to Chandra Suresh's apartment. Eden also discovered the portable hard drive which contains the "key" to the genetics surrounding the Heroes. And, she found Chandra's notebook which had a key hidden in it. Eden is present when Moihinder attempts to use this key to enter Sylar's apartment. I think we should keep an eye on more possible key connections as the series progresses.

I'm getting more and more sure that she's a plant. The thing that really stood out to me was her reaction to Mohinder saying he was giving up. She seemed very adamant about him continuing. I think she's working with someone(Probably HRG's organization, possibly Sylar) to take the secret when Mohinder figures it out.

Someone on another thread, threw out the idea that Sylar & HRG are NOT working together. HRG might be working for some Gov't organization. It doesn't seem like they are part of the same outfit.

Yeah, that's what I think, too. HRG's probably working for some sort of government agency, while Sylar's on his own. I think HRG's agency either sees Sylar's hunting/killing of heroes as parallel to their own goals, or they simply can't catch up to him. Either way, it explains why he hasn't been eliminated yet.

I think that Eden was genetically given the gene that gives them extraordinary powers (the DNA strand which pops up everywhere in the show). I say this because of : 1) her name is Eden, the garden which harbored the first forms of life. 2) As Leshaun said, she could be the key herself to the gene. Besides... who makes macaroni?

I don't think Papa Suresh is a derogatory term, but he is actually her "father" in a sense.

And she kinda looks like an elf, but that has nothing to do with the topic.

IMDB is showing that Eden isn't going to be appearing in any more episodes.

Although your theories that Papa Suresh isn't dead would make a pretty good twist, I'm fairly sure he's dead. In the first of the comics, Mohinder is standing next to his father's body (covered in a sheet) in the coroner's room, identifying the body.

Unless Chandra pulls a Claire on us (unlikely), he's definitely dead.

ok 1st he shouldnt be trusting her in the 1st place and the thought of her bein sylers girlfriend or somethin came to my mind cause if Papa Suresh was suppose to be helpin Sylar tap into his powers and she had to of met him once or twice even if she wasnt his girlfriend and why is it her finding everything his son couldnt find anything or Claries father and these are 2 smart people but some how some bookworm comes in and can find every clue somethin has 2 be up with her
