I have to admit that I too don't have the latest and greatest flash. There are so many things that I have to update on this old bucket that it gets very annoying.

Annoying or not its still your responsibility to stay updated. If you don't stay updated, you'll never get any support for your system, because if something goes wrong, the very first thing any professional will do is tell you to update before they can help you. Think of it as vaccine shots for your computer - painful, but necessary.

This is sage advice for Microsoft Windows patches, Virus scans, updating a firewall, etc. However, I believe I haven't fully explained how dire the situation is.
