Obviously its the black man in the bar that matt tries to read, just for any of you going "omg its sylar!" isnt he the convict that has the ability to phase?

According to Imdb the guy in the bar is only the "Mysterious man". There is another black guy on the show and that's Niki's husband i guess.

Seeing that made me realize DL is the same guy who played Forrest in BtVS.

If you do look up the filmography you can see that they are two different men
