Since this episode may be fresh in your minds... What did you think of "Hiros"?
If you're interested in rewatching some fun scenes from "Hiros" to refresh your memory, there is a simple trail for HEROES vidcaps with two swf clips (you need Flash 8 or higher to view them, though), one of Nathan's escape and the other with Hiro of the Future's message- since sometimes motion and sound can't be captured well in screenshots. (Tangent: About Nathan's escape from HRG and the Haitian- do you hear something like "Sorry" as Nathan gets free and starts running, or is that just part of the background music?)
