i have a sneaky feeling about her... watch her die...

WHO was taking notes when she was interrogating Matt?
HRG? Too obvious?

I'm hoping she'll be an effective sidekick for Matt. If he reveals his power to her, think of the team they'll make -- she can give him direction in mixed company and no one will know. That's a pretty effective team, especially when interrogating or needing to inform one another remotely.

I think a cool thing for Matt would be to develop especially strong telepathic connections to minds he becomes very familiar with, making longer distance telepathy possible if he concentrates hard enough. I would like him to truly team up with Audrey and have them be the kick-a** Mulder & Scully-like team.

I hope they dont kill this character, for one, shes the only link to any military agency (FBI), she looks to be a potentially awesome sidekick / lover for Matt AND the actress is GORGEOUS, would love to have more air time with her and Matt.

Don't think she was FBI remember dressed to nice for them, I think she works for HRG trying to find sylar before the FBI does.

Two reasons why she will stay: She is a good actress, not so much in Heroes so far, but she is nonetheless, and two, she is a pillow character for Matt.

I suspect she will be Parkman's sidekick. No, not a sexual relationship...just because I don't believe every hetero guy wants to sleep with every pretty woman...but there will be some sexual tension. She needs him. And he needs her.

I don't know about her character though. She seemed waaay too hot headed going into Sprague's house. NO backup no one knows where they were. I really don't think thats how the FBI normally works, eh? Especially when they seemed so close to finding Sylar who in the FBI's eyes is a dangerous serial killer. I think she is either working as a double agent for either Linderman or Sylar or HRG. She definately seems to have her own agenda.
Although I agree that her and Matt make a good team.

She seems to be a lot more knowledgeable than Parkman about whats going on, not only with Sylar but about people with powers. She may be assigned to deal with cases of that sort.If this is true then the question then becomes why? Why assign her specifically to deal with those cases?

I also think that Audry is more than an FBI agent. I think she's working for HRG, and she is trying to find Sylar for HRG. This would explain her not requesting backup for going into Ted's house. If they did find Sylar in the house, they could capture him for HRG and never tell the FBI.

If Audry works for HRG, this would also explain how HRG finds Matt. Audry learns of Matt's power before Matt gets taken for testing by HRG. She could have let HRG know about Matt after discovering Matt's power, and then HRG and Haitian would have had time to travel to LA to test Matt.

HRG was taking notes when She was questioning Matt. She jumps to the Sylar conclution alot.
Or it could be a ploy because ever since Matt was taken by HRG, Matt doesn't hear Audrey's thoughts anymore.

You know, I've been wondering about this, too.

Which is not to say it wasn't him, but it makes it less likely.

I think that there is going to be some love/hate relationship between Parkman and Hanson, especiall since Matt found out his wife has been cheating.

I don't think Audrey works for HRG (and not just cause i wanna have her babies.) Unless she has powers as well that we haven't seen. I don't think HRG would send a random normie after someone who can read minds. She'd be found out really quick.

I think Audrey is trustworthy, but I also think she knows more about Sylar/the Heroes than she's currently letting on. IMHO, there is no way that she would have believed Matt so quickly and brought him onto the FBI task force if she had not already believed that there was something supernatural at work in these cases. The first episode that introduced Audrey showed her coworkers not quite trusting her, if I remember correctly; I think this is because she had "wild theories," which Matt has now proved partly true. She's sort of like a female Fox Mulder, I think.

ITA with those who have said that, now that Matt knows his wife is cheating, there's room for some sexual tension to develop in the Audrey/Matt relationship. I think Matt will not instantly leave his wife, or that he would be the type of guy to just jump into another romance, but they could build it up slowly over time while he tries to figure out if his marriage can or cannot be saved.

In short, I really like Audrey and think the character has potential.

In the gay community, Clea DuVall is considered to be almost like a female James Dean. She's had a couple of roles as a smooth talking lesbian that gets the girl in the end, and that has established her as a sex symbol within the community.

I like her character. She gives out a very Mulder vibe. FBI agent open to the possibilities.

She seems very dedicated to catching Sylar, because that would prove the wild theories she has. Not sure she has an agenda past that at all.

She was in the movie The Faculty. IIRC weren't people giving her crap in that movie for possibly being a lesbian?

Yes. In real life Clea DuVall is bisexual, but she has played a lesbian in at least three films: But I'm a Cheerleader, The Laramie Project, and Sleeping Beauties. Likely she will also be playing a lesbian in the upcoming film, Itty Bitty Titty Committee, as it is a Jamie Babbit production.

well as a str8 guy i have to say i have always found hr very attractive, from her bit parts in shows like buffy the vampire slayer to her more substantial roles as well, i have always had a bit of a crush on her. I guess im just one of those people who get tired of the over painted over body trained hollywierd clone goddesses.

I <3 Clea and I also think she is doing a great job as Audrey...I don't think there is or will be sexual tension between her and Matt (he has enough to deal with with his wife), but I do think they will be a great team!

I agree that she knows more than she is letting on, especially in the Sylar department...I'm just excited to see where that storyline will pick back up after Ted's escape! Hopefully she doesn't go on anymore "I'm going in, no back-up" missions, cause I'd like to keep her around! I don't think she has powers and I def don't think she is working with HRG (after her shock over Matt and Ted's revelations about the Haitian).

Sad to think next week will probably be another episode without her...but it might show how she got on the Sylar case to begin with...will wait and see!

Because of Eden spying on Chandra, the HRG would have been able to get information that was on that list through her. Matt was on that list. I think the member of Homeland Security was behind letting the HRG know that Matt's powers were active not Audrey.

Her obsession with Slyar seems more personal than anything else. Like he had killed someone close to her.

And in Girl, Interrupted, she plays a character who was a lesbian while "sick" but straight (and married) after she's "cured." (The whole point of at least the book, if not the movie, was that curing mental patients means forcing them to accept the same insane world as "normal" people.)

Not familiar with her past, but I have to say in the latest episode, the scene where Matt reads her mind...well, I didn't find her acting that great. Which was odd considering I thought she was great until then.

there is something very sneaky aobut her character but as an actress i like her i hope she does stay i think her and matt are gonna hook up eventually. i wonder if she has a connection she doenst have a super power but too me she beleived matt too quickly about the mind reading thing. she seems to really beleive he has a power she wasnt starled by him at all she kinda went along with it. also that time in episode 7 she said something interesting when matt asked her how could somebody like ted kill somebody with there bad hands with radiation she replied "the same way you can read peoples minds" i took note to that because it seems like she knows whats going on with people like matt. Shes is very intent on finding sylar like he has done something to her or someone close she isnt as detached like matt he looks at him finding sylar as him just doing his job audrey seeems to live for catching sylar its her life to catch him i guess we will learn more as the season progresses.

That's what I want to know, and am looking forward to. I think she's pretty awesome, probably because she's a bit different. I know she fits the "tough cop chick" mold, but there's something I like about her; maybe it's the neat chemistry between her and Matt.

Seems like poor Matt is kind of busy trying to not fall out windows, steal diamonds, or moderate hostage situations to worry about Audrey.

I'm starting to miss Audrey myself, she kind of ballanced Matt out nicely. It was a bizarre Scully and Mulder thing. Only neither was as hot as scully and mulder.

Sigh, I miss Audrey, I hope she comes back later.

Carnivale was a TV show on cable that Clea starred in. It won a couple of awards. And she was really good in it!

Clea is incredibly sexy. I've thought so from the first time I saw her in Buffy.
