I've been watching old episodes on the Jamie Kennedy Experiment on G4 and that actor that plays Hiro is on a bunch of them usually playing a fake contestant on random game shows

Yeah I think on IMDb it has Masi listed as a cast member on the Jamie Kennedy Experiment or it might've been tv.com

He was on a lot of episodes of JKX. There was one where Jamie Kennedy played an owner of a Japanese restaurant where he was married to a Japanese lady and his chefs are also Japanese (one of them Masi Oka). The target of this prank was a guy who understood Japanese.
The fun stuff happens when Jamie Kennedy asks his chefs questions and talks to them and his chefs are replying back in Japanese saying that they will sleep with his wife and describing stuff that they want to do with his wife. So the wife and the chefs obviously have something going on without Jamie knowing and the guy who understands Japanese sits there not believing what he's hearing.
Real funny stuff.
