Peter says he can't remember the conversation about flying with Simone's Father..Do you think his memory may have been cleaned out by the Haitian?

No...what he meant was that he never had that conversation with her dad in real life. He only dreamed that conversation. Remember that it is a dream that he had when he spoke with Simone's dad. When he woke up, Simone came and tell him that her dad died.

I think it was more like a shared dream some kind of empathetic thing...nothing in the story line so far suggests that peter has had any kind of contact with HRG...

I don't think Peter remembers it because it never happened to Peter personally. It was in the dying man's dream. Although I think it is related to Peter and his powers. Somehow Deveaux knows about Peter or at least suspects his abilities. In Peter's dream Deveaux has confidence in Peter's path in life. Peter also tells him he can fly and the man does not question him but asks him to prove it. And Peter does fly! Then he wakes up when Simone is knocking on his door. What does it all mean? I'm not sure yet.

im starting to wonder if Peter borrows someones powers, maybe he can tap back into them when he wants to? Because i didnt see nathan anywhere nearby in the dream?

Or maybe Simones father just knew that Peter was special, and is crazy
