The thread title is pretty non-descriptive and misleading, but this is being discussed at great length here

The two dashes on both Matt's and Ted's neck, they are starting to make the double helix symbol. I take it all super people have it, since we know that only Jessica has it. And since Matt and Ted are becoming super people, they are starting to get one.
My only question is, why aren't the others getting it? It seems like Hiro and Claire have developed with their super powers, so why don't they have it?
It seems as if only the bad guys have it. Jessica, the Haitian, the man in the store who was about to rob it. Could Matt possibly be turning into a bad guy? Or maybe they get that when their powers start becoming a burden to them
