When Isaac is putting the painting of the suicide bombing on a table, there's a draft of some other painting or artwork of some sorts already on it.

In front of the painting with the bus, when Isaac gets it, there is yet another painting I didn't notice all this time before. It's the one you see the left part of on the right side of the picture I linked to up there.

I can't tell what it is. Could be a head or could be any object that looks like a head. No idea.

Was just kind browsing the different episode sites and when I got to Episode 1.3, Topic Sylar's Apartment, I thought this picture posted by PrimicinPhreak looked suspiciously like Isaac's draft. If you look closely in the small reflective glass, doesn't it look like a form in blue jeans and a white shirt with a sunburst tattoo on his head. I can't tell if that was supposed to be Mohinder's reflection or someone elses. Maybe I am reading too much into the tiny picture. If I knew how to link I would have done so, sorry, somewhat technologoically challenged

Uhm...I definitely see a whole face there? Or even a complete head? But neither a bald head, nor blue jeans or a white shirt.

If it's a crew member, this is an easteregg. It's not a mistake, but if you do something complicated like that you don't screw up. I guess it might be an easteregg. I find that to be most likely since nobody "normal" would even look as close as that picture.

About the image: Forget it. I don't think it's an easteregg. It looks like its Eden's reflection or magnification (without the magnifying part). I commented in that thread about it, adding that Greg Beeman wanted to give the episode a paranoid touch. I guess this is a good example for that.

That just looks like Mohinders collar, and Eden's head behind him.

THat could be a hole in his head and fire behind him.

On reflection (pun optional) I rewatched the episode (which I should have done before getting sucked in) and I agree that the circular reflection is actually Mohinder and Eden (absolutely, 100% certain - just watch the episode when they first enter Sylar's apartment). It was the white marks that looked to be behind his shoulder that threw me, but they are reflections of light on the surface of the lens.

So let's scrap that line of enquiry. The original blad man painting though is still a possible line of enquiry.

I agree and have said as much above. There is a definate necklace there... hang on let's see...



I tried to adjust the colours/contrast a bit on the insert, it helped very, very slightly. It definately looks like the Haitian's necklace to me though. The face/features also look very angular which also fits the character (actor).

I saw the fire in the background but never connected that it might be a hole right through the head showing the background through the hole.

Now you've said that I find it hard to picture it as anything else.

If anyone, that first picture makes me think of the Haitian. I could see him with an open shirt, the head definitely works for that character, and the burst of energy is a good representation of his apparent mental abilities.

I do see something that could be a necklace but it might just be pixels looking like a necklace...I wouldn't call it definite.
He might be MBG (Haitian) or someone else. For all I know he could be Sylar, but there's nothing to suggest that as he could be just anyone we haven't seen yet. If we will ever see him.

I don't believe this is coincidence, but it could be just some more of Tim Sale's art, tossed in as an easteregg. Or it could be something relevant to the show. I was just wondering that nobody brought it up before or maybe it's buried in some thread somewhere. I guess many people looked at that hi-res pic and I can't imagine that nobody noticed. Probably on another board.

I figured it was a hole in the head judging my the center being the same colour as the background.

No ideas who it is though. Could be someone that Jess let loose on. Might be something Isaac did while clean.
