This is the most off-topic thread I have seen so far! laugh.gif
I mean, the topic itself is already off-topic!
What does this have to with this particular episode?

And to not do the same thing I try to be on-topic: laugh.gif
As weird theories go you just raised the bar!

what is Uluru supposed to be im very donfused on this, where did it come from, where did the name come from? did i miss something?

i realize that my picture is Uluru but i just put it there cause i thought it was cool looking really

Uluru is the Aboriginal name for Ayers Rock, a huge rock formation in Australia.

Not sure if there is any connection between the comic book character and this formation but people wanted to know where the name comes from.

And I agree..how on earth did this topic get started anyway?!

I would guess there is no connection at all. It definitely doesn't look like Uluru in Australia

Hm, yeah, that makes sense that you started it. I had a feeling your post was supposed to be the starting one, but then again, I've never seen the order of posts getting mixed up like this. It was probably because someone posted with a wrong system clock?
Only way I can explain this.

But I don't see Uluru there. Just some Indian god/dess in that stone.

After some searching on the web about Kanyakumari, India. I believe that the image ingraved on the wall is of the goddess Kanyakumari.

I have to say, that is a good point. biggrin.gif

And I agree, this seems to be Devi Kanya Kumari / Kanyakumari / whatever they call her.

Uluru was big in the first few weeks but has been not heard from or hinted at for quite some time.

I am wondering if this is something we will se more of this season or perhaps it is something downplayed after the pilot or what?

Uluru just sounds cool huh?

Peter is Uluru!:P

You are pretty wrong about this. DL made an Uluru reference impersonated (immonsterated?) Uluru in episode 6. Ok, there was nothing in episode 7 and I think ep 8 nothing, again. But the comic with Uluru, like LNM said. And don't forget that Uluru = Ayers Rock and that is connected to dreamtime which has been not only referenced but even written down on paper in this episode.
Well, dreamtime might refer to the boy's power.

I think the Uluru/dreamtime/Aborigines references might be just for fun, though. rolleyes.gif
