I thought maybe at first, but now I'd say no because then she'd know him & the picture would already have Hiro in it.

She said that Tokyo is stop #3 on her world trip she's dreams about taking someday. A thoughtful friend would easily have given her the book knowing of her dreams of traveling. It'd be a twist that would sound cool, but would not work really well.
