Unless they delve further into why Sylar killed her parents specifically. Whether or not they were killed because they have powers and whether or not the powers were passed down to Molly a la Micah.

we might see her in the 6 months ago episode which may expain why her parents were targets. her parents might have had powers. Nikki has powers, DL has powers and they might have passed the powers 'gene' to their son. maybe?

Do you think Molly (that?s the young girl in the cop shop right? Whom Sylar was trying to nab) is going to turn out to be a ?hero? A lot of people think she has the power to freeze people, but I don?t know if she even has powers at all.
Why would she freeze her dad?
And was she even in a position to freeze the cop when Sylar was at the police station? There was a frozen cop there right?

I dunno. If word spreads about all these metahumans (especially with "normals" being murdered left and right), we might just see a 4400 situation - where they are all rounded up and stuck into a facility equiped to deal with their "abilities". If that happens, we may well see her again.

6 Months Earlier is a possibilty. I didn't think of that.

In that light, I'd quite like to see why her parents died. I'd also like to know why Sylar couldn't find her in a house but he could get to her in a police station...

in the cop shop she was in a holding room. in her house it was a hidden room. he would still have to know what she looked like but the room Molly was in had windows I think, so he could have just looked into the room and saw her.

I would REALLY like to know if Molly's parents were special, or if not maybe they were foster parents like HRG is to Claire.

Not necessarily. As the only surviving witness to a Sylar attack, she was probably heavily guarded. All Sylar had to do was look for and follow the huge contingent of armed bodyguards.

I really like Molly, I think she might have powers which might be the reason why Sylar was trying to kidnap her.

when I watched this episode I kept thinking that if Sylar wanted to kill her he could've done it in seconds but instead we see them struggling in the hallway...I think Sylar was just trying to take her

True, he was trying to abduct, not murder right then. Maybe Molly will show up next season?
