Did anyone else notice that during this episode, whenever Sylar was onscreen, there was a constant background noise of numerous clocks ticking?

Does any one have any theories about this?

I didn't notice I will have to rewatch it. but they have shown his broken watch as well seems like time may be a theme with him.

sylar is a clock maker.

if u look at his watch it has the words sylar on it.

Many characters in drama shows often have their own subtle musical themes. I think the ticking watch is part of his.
