I'm pretty sure everyone saw an eclipse like that among Isaac's paintings, but I dunno. Maybe it's just a coincidence.

While Nathan is hearing the news from the doctor about his wife, he becomes upset, and pushed the doctors arm out of the way. (We see this from the vantage point of Peter looking in the room.
If you notice on the glass wall. A cicle appears that looks like the picture posted below.

I noticed it too. Thought it was pretty funny. It was made by light fixtures reflecting off the glass from the opossing wall. That's what it looked like to me.

There is another thread dedicated to this topic too with screencaps. Who knows what the significance was, maybe it was like the helix. It could be a sign of Nathan's wife's powers to come...

Watch the episode again. The lights in the room that Peter and Nathan talk in look like this. When we see Nathan in the other room through the window, the light fixture is reflecting off the window.
