"I don't like the fact that episodes of TV shows are being downloaded on the net," he says bluntly. "They say it's free, but someone's getting paid, and it's not the people who work on the shows. That will be a big topic of discussion in the next round of contract talks regarding what we get paid."

I don't think Mr. Pasdar realizes that most of the illegal downloading is done by people who want to see the show, but it's not being broadcast where they live, and they don't want to wait for the DVDs.

Pasdar should have fought harder for his dark drama show "PROFIT". It was much better suited for him.

His Nathan Petrelli character is just a whiny gutless politician on "HEROES" and frankly, I wouldn't mind seeing his character offed by Sylar. It would be the perfect inspiration for Peter to become "The One."

Mr. Pasdar didn't have the power to fight for Profit. Neither did the producer, David Greenwalt. AP still isn't a "name" in Hollywood. He's less well known than his wife, I'd bet.

And the show was on FOX, the Killer of Quality Television Shows Network.

Nathan has a lot of intersting layers to him. He's conflicted about his family, especially his relationship with his father and taking over the family relationship with Linderman (which had better be explained some day!) Plus, his flying ability caused his wife to be paralyzed. The writers have written him as remarkably non-whiny, in fact. Peter was much worse in the first episoded.

I gotta wonder if that is the whole interview or just the worst sounding parts of it.
