When Mohinder returns to New York...he is on the phone with someone who he APPARENTLY trusts, talking to them about "Warning" the people on the list, and saying "6 of THEM are already dead". Who is he talking to? Are him and Bennett somehow related? they both have very mysterious conversations in this episode.

The FBI?

He's talking to the FBI.

He specifically says he sent the list to Quantico.

Quantico is a town in Virginia notable for being the home of the FBI headquarters/training center.

I think it may also be the home of the FBI serial killer task force.

You might remember a number of scenes set in Quantico in 'Silence Of The Lambs.'

Quantico is the site of one of the largest U.S. Marine Corps bases in the world, (MCB Quantico). The base is the site of the Marine Corps Combat Development Command and HMX-1 (the presidential helicopter squadron). Both the United States Drug Enforcement Administration's training academy and the FBI Academy are on the base. It is also has the Number one active CSI lab in the country, as it has the CSI training facilities.
