Full Version: Question about Nathan flying
Okay, so if the Haitian or Claire's Dad has the power to nullify other people's powers than why was Nathan able to fly off during the show? any comments?

I believe that The Haitian didn't realise Nathan had the capability to fly like that, so he didn't make a conscious effort to block his power.
Maybe The Haitian can only block out powers that stem from the mind. If Nathan's is genetic, the ability to fly could be encoded into every strand of DNA in his body, thus giving his body control over his flight, not his mind. Maybe there is a invisible force that he control which allows him to fly.
There are ways around it all the time.

It's simple.. He he wanted Nathan to remember.. So he let him go. Just like he wants Claire to remember. We dont know the Haitian's motives yet.
