I'm sure i'm not the only one who noticed this, but the Haitian was the only one to not have any back story. While we saw how Niki got in debt, all we see of him is in a room and preventing Eden from using her powers.

Weird, huh? I guess the writers really want to keep this guy a puzzle. Perhaps we'll get some answers from the "secret" he's gonna tell Claire...

yep..the exact point is to keep this man a mystery...just like HRG does not have much of a backstory because the Haitian has been erasing that backstory from his family's memories...><

where does this "secret" come from? he tells her that he's there to wipe her memory, as he did to zack, her brother and her mother on numerous occassions... but he wants her to remember. he's gonna tell her to pretend to daddy, so is that what you mean by "secret".

All he says is "Can you keep a secret". And by saying that he meant..Don't tell your dad I didn't wipe your mind.

I do find it interesting that we know nothing about him though. I like his mystery.

We don't know what the haitian said to Claire after he said "Tell me Claire, can you keep a secret?". I highly doubt the secret was to not wipe her memory away. It had to be something else.

yeah...the secret could be nothing..only that he had other things on his agenda other than just staying loyal to her "father"

That's because the Haitian didn't have his backstory 6 months ago. Eden did not, either. But she was caught by HRG 6 months ago. Eden has been a super before that and we saw the beginning of it in her comic.
I'm pretty sure if Heroes is on air long enough we will get a flashback of the Haitian. If he is on air long enough, that is.

Very weird, he acts almost as if he's a cyborg or was created genetically. Wonder if he ties in with any of the other heroes.
