Several of the characters remind me of other people. Some are other characters or celebrities and others are people I know in real life. For example, Claire reminds me a bit of my daughter (although my daughter is quite a bit younger).

Here are the ones that really stick out to me:

Mr. Bennett reminds me of Phil Hartman much of the time.
For a moment he reminded me of Hugo Weaving from the Matrix. Primarily when he said in Episode 1 that Suresh was probably a common name in India, like Smith or Anderson.


Peter keeps reminding me of Keanu Reeves. His physical motions are similar to Ted from Bill and Ted's Excellent adventure.


Nathan reminds me of Steve Carell from The Office.



This one is quite a stretch, but Simone kind of reminds me of Vivica A. Fox from her role as Jasmine in "Independence Day" (Will Smith's character's fiance)

Peter ..nope disagree with the Keanu in Bill and Ted comparison, aside from the hairdo. Milo can pull off a pretty decent Sly Stallone, or a Jimmy Dean kind of thing on other shows. On this one..I dunno he's a bit lost at sea..it'll be cool when he's more confident and in control of his powers

I'll clarify some from my first post.


Peter doesn't look like Keanu, but some of his physical motions (especially in earlier episodes) are Keanu-like. Like someone doing a toned down impersonation.


Mr. Bennett has (and especially in the earlier episodes) the sincere insincerity that Phil Hartman did so well. They have fleshed him out a lot more since then, but when he was looking at Claire's video or talking about her fake parents he was very good at the sincerity.


I did a search on Diana Krall, and she does look like Ali Larter.

Don't know how many of you were ever fans of the NBC show, Third Watch, but from the moment Greg Grunberg appeared on my tv screen as Matt Parkman he's reminded me of Third Watches resident curmudgeon, officer John "Sully" Sulivan played so brilliantly for 7 seasons by Skip Sudduth. I think it's the eyes and the fact that both characters are very vulnerable underneath it all.
I'm hoping one day we'll get a flashback of Matt as a kid and they'll get Skip to play his father for the episode.

Sendhil Ramamurthy that plays Mohinder has always reminded me of Orlando Bloom...if Orlando Bloom were Indian. And, the girl who played Jackie Wilcox alway reminded me of Katee Sackhoff that plays Starbuck on Battlestar Galactica. There was something about her eyes I think.

I thought HRG was played by Michael Douglas the first time I watched Heroes. The glasses reminded me of Michael Douglas in Falling Down.

I will join you in that total nerd category in saying that, at times, Peter reminds me of Harry Potter. He's not as angry and a bit less resistant, but otherwise I think it's a pretty even thing. Also, Peter looks like how I imagine Harry in my head, not the actor in the movies...

No wonder I think he's so gorgeous!


Well, Leonard Roberts looks like he could be a younger version of Phill Lewis, except better looking. But Zachary Quinto as Sylare in Six Months Ago looks like he could be the next Clark Kent, somebody needs to make him Superman!

I swear I saw a young Zachary Quinto doppleganger on a commercial the other day.

It is the one for Microsoft adCenter where the dad with all the piercings is talking about going to see Burning Man with his son. The son, even the way he talks, totally reminded me of ZQ.

Well I know none of you guys know her but I swear there is this girl at my school and she looks and talks exactly like Hayden...No joke...it's almost freaky the similarity between them...scarier still, she's a cheerleader... Talk about twilight zone.
