The problem is that I already have a 4' x 6' poster of Thunderbird 3 from the 2004 Thunderbirds movie (yes, I was brave enough to see that one!), and not everything can be seen on the poster, since it's behind my bed. If I had the same size poster for Heroes, none of the seven characters would be visible at all..unless you want me to move the bed around to next to the closet.
Now, even if I got the 5' x 4' poster, there would still be no room. I have no space left in my room for anything that big, unless I gave up another poster (possibly my Megatron and Optimus Prime posters above my computer!). Also, I really don't want to take down the 10 International Rescue portraits (from the original Thunderbirds series), so I considered what CraigB said about the two-page spread in comic books.
I bought a copy of 52, and found the two-page spread right where it mattered...straight in the center of the comic book. Since all I really wanted was that pair of pages, I carefully tore those pages out of the comic book, took some poster mounting tabs, and voila! Perfect poster without taking up so much space! Oh, and in case you're curious as to where I placed it, I put it right above my lightswitch next to the door. Call me crazy, but that's the reason I'm known as "Oddball Extreme"!
