"We previewed a trailer of scenes from future episodes of Heroes at the Philadelphia Eagles/Dallas Cowboys game on Christmas Day, and handed out 10,000 ‘Are you on the list?' T-shirts,"

I didn't get one of those free t-shirts (bummed out)

"Peter is the bomb/da bomb "is an awful catchphrase, and I thought STCSTW was bad..
and " Whats on your list? " sounds pervy to me, I don't know why?

Given the options I'm glad they settled with the current slogan, especilly with HRG saying it, it sounds cool to me. Gone are the days when you write a show, and then film it and air it ...theres so much money and thought put into the promotional side of things nowadays

I CANNOT imagine a whispering voice saying "peter is the bomb,"

maybe some gangster, yeah, that'd be funny.

In all hypocritical fairness, I do like the "Are you on the list?" with HRG quite abit but the ones with the whispering voice saying "THE LIST" just makes me cringe.

They really need to just do away the lame whispering along with the words gimmick altogether. It's laughable and all it's really good for is leaving NBC open to mockery and lame parodies from other networks and the internet.

I'm sure it's catching on with middle american suburban moms everywhere but I don't think that's their target audience.

So he's responsible for that...DVD! blink.gif

I actually don't mind "Are you on the list?" either and as corny as "Save the cheerleader, save the world." was, it was fun, but I definitely don't like the voice whispering "The Liiiiiisst". It just makes the show sound lame, which it's really not, and it just gives people misconceptions. All I say is either make a good catchphrase, or don't make one at all!

I wasn't even at the game, but someone else was and I got the shirt on E-Bay for just $20! It's a lot better than the one nbc.com's doing, and it's in a different color than black! tongue.gif
