What with everyone seeming to demonstrate failing powers (Hiro, Matt, Ted) I was almost afraid Claire was going to jump off that tower and go "Splat" and there would be poor Zach standing there just watching this crazy cheerleader killing herself. sad.gif

LOL. I was thinking the exact same thing! Did you notice it took longer for Claire's head injury to heal itself? However, I think we will find Matt's power will be OK and I think Ted is just learning how to control his better.

Yeah Ted was just learning.. Matt had the Haitian nearby, and Hiro just lost his confidence after losing Charlie. No big mystery.

Well, I think Matt is going to have a problem with his power real soon. He's off the Sylar case and he's just sitting down to prove to his wife he can reads minds. It's the ABSOLUTE worst time for his power to be gone, and I think it's gonna go.

That, or he'll end up hearing something he REALLY didn't want to hear.

Better than me finding out the same fact about my wife when I was a 1000 miles away staring at her yahoo email sad.gif... the times when you can't fly home fast enough..

oh yeah Matt... I bet he still has it. Haitian was just standing there. And we never knew the extent of Ted's powers. I do think Hiro is having some issues with his, good and bad. He's never slowed time before yet. That's cool.

why is Hiro's power fading?

Time rift thingy. The thing future-Hiro was afraid would happen when he spoke to Peter.
CelestialMystic
I think Hiro's powers are malfunctioning because he's lost his courage b/c of Charlie...

Seems very probable.

I thought maybe somehow Peter was actually holding onto some of each person's powers after he encountered them - like a computer program with a memory leak.

Although originally it seemed like he only mimicked them while near them, maybe he holds onto a bit of their power and that's what leads to his "overloading"?
