ok, when did he get a chance to get a new cell phone or did he have insurance on his old one...what plan covers accidently dropping it while trying to jump off a building?


his phone broke in the first episode, dont know why he dropped it when talking to nathan, but he did, anyone else notice this

He dropped it in episode 1 to get Nathan's attention and to show that he was up on the roof of the building. As far as the new cell phone, keep in mind that Peter comes from a wealthy family, so it's very conceivable that he just bought a new one.

Everyone needs to calm down..i didnt get upset about the cellphone... but i was mad that Claire goes and jumps off that thing with nice clothes ON! What the hell .. Rule of Thumb: If your going to jump of something really high atleast wear a T-shirt
She bled all over that shirt and im like, "HEY! You wear a T-shirt and Ill take that" What is it with these Heroes who think money grows on trees

Actually, the shirt bugged me, too. Well, what I was thinking was more along the lines of "So, Claire, how are you gonna convince your dad that you forgot when you come home in a bloody, torn-up shirt without a scratch on you?", but still. Also, I think if I were her I'd start playing mind games with him. "Oops, dad! Can I get a little help here, I accidentally stuck myself with this knife. Huh, that's funny. It's not bleeding. While I doubt Peter is living off his trust fund, it is very easy to get a new phone, especially when you have insurance on it.

Umm..Isn't it conceivable that Claire went out and did all this while her father was at work and just went back home and changed clothes (and more than likely threw those away)?

Seems kind of simple to explain to me.
