I was flipping the channels, waiting for Smallville to come back from commericials and I thought I saw Charlie. So I stop on the channel and it's Ugly Betty. She said that her name was Charlate (sorry, I can't spell names), "But most people call me Charlie". They even used her name! Haha Just thought I would let you know. It is on right now, and it looks like more than an appearance.

I just saw that too. I was like "hey, it's charlie" and then she said her name was charlie! and she's the geeky guy's girlfriend

No wonder she looked familiar to me! I just checked her IMDB profile and she was in Red Eye! AHH!

Yeah, I was doing the exact same thing, I was flipping back and forth between smallville and Ugly Betty, and I just thought that was so funny!

It seems that all networks are making subtle references to Heroes. And some aren't even that subtle (One Tree Hill preview).

Wait... what about the One Tree Hill promo?! (OTH is the most drama I get... and I secretly hope it gets canceled just so that I can stop watching it, though I will miss their AWESOME music that they have! Just kidding... they have to stay on the air for that reason alone)

I'm basically going to be repeating what people have previously said, but I was so happy to see Jayma on Ugly Betty. I love that actress. And I thought it was the most amusing thing that her name was Charlie again. I was secretly wishing for Hiro to pop out and kiss her.

She was also on an episode of 'How i met you Mother' in the first season.
