Does he have an english accent? I couldnt really tell, but he did say that he lived in England, but also Chile'. I'm thinking it might be a mix of the English and Chilean accent. IDK, but it was hot, lol

Santiago was born in Chile and raised mostly in England, but he has also lived in several other countries, and speaks several languages. (I think it's 4 languages, but it might be more.)
