Okay, show of hands:
After the dialogue about her father in the dining room scene, was anybody else completely not surprised about who Claire's father turned out to be?
And was I the only one who expected that the flight attempt would have that "twist"?
Still, occasional predictability does not a bad show make. I thought overall it was an excellent exposition for what is to come, and I can't wait for next week's ep.
So Claire is adopted, eh? Does that mean her father might suspect her little secret, maybe having adopted her for just such reasons?

They called the ambulance b/c Peter, RN - told her to call the Paramedics for the OD. I missed the hand being cut off (no Tivo

How awesome was it when Peter saw Isaac's painting of him flying? I was blown away.

welcom to the world of TV editing. the Preair version had that. i can only assume that Issac get's to keep his hand for the final version of the show. they did cut 17 minutes out after all..

I beleive most people where suprised to see that HRG was Claire's father especially since I do not beleive there was any such clue (in the broadcast Pilot) of any connection.
Also if anything was obvious it was that HRG being her father was written as a twist and not a plot line with a lead up.
