I also remember reading that she and Zach Quinto broke into song between takes, singing Suddenly Sylar.

In Little Shop of Horrors, nerdy Seymour finally gets his confidence up and steps in to comfort Audrey (Ellen Greene's character), confess his love for her, and tell her to be herself. They sing this big ballad called "Suddenly Seymour":

Apparently between takes the two were goofing around and broke into their own version of this, using Sylar instead of Seymour.

HAHAHAHA. I was right.

My mom thought it was the actress who played Nate's wife in Six Feet Under.

Another place to see her in is Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult. (My sister and I have been watching the Naked Gun movies this week). In it, they do a parody of Thelma and Louise and Greene plays the Louise-like character. While we were watching it we were making comments like "Girl Meets Boy, Boy meets Girl, Boy Loses Girl, Girl gives birth to power absorbing psychopath it's the old story."

I have never see Little Shop of Horrors, but everyone seems to know it and like it.

Also yeah, if they have the outtake for them breaking into song, the DVD will definitely be worth every penny!
