Full Version: Mohinder and Molly

I saw this hinted at in the season finale, Mohinder taking care of/adopting/whatever Molly Walker... they seem to have a chemistry and man, it's ever so convenient.

Mohinder has the list. Molly can find the people. It's pretty danged easy. She's the perfect sidekick for him. And with Mohinder being so deep and Molly being so childlike and exhuberant... they could be the new Hiro and Ando... eh?

Whaddya think?
LordFireFly
they can be a good team, but not a great team. They can track, hunt and find however who will protect, fight and fight some more. The trio, IMO, should be..Hiro, Niki, and Claude.
Leek
I wonder a lot about the Molly situation. Assuming that she has no remaining immediate family (Surely someone would have missed her) How has no one wondered where she was, meaning child services or the police? A, what, 8? year old little girl whose parents where just violently murdered is taken away by the OWI and nobody says anything?
Plus, she was there when they were killed. You'd think the police would have taken an active interest in her.

I'm guessing the OWI pulled some strings on the Molly situation... maybe THEY adopted her over the course of those many episodes.

Huh! That's interesting... I've never seen, heard of, or thought about such a trio before. It seems a little bit random... I mean, neither of them have anything to do with each other.

I'd like for Mohinder and Molly to team up. They're a good team, but they're very vulnerable... if they DO stick together for the 2nd season, it's going to be an interesting storyline.

Putting aside our Syhindlar obsession...

Could you imagine how what would happen if Sylar hunted them down?

*shiver*
Leek
I picture something out of "A Series of Unfortunate Events". Sylars keeps getting different, usually really poor disguises, Mohinder will ask if he is or has ever been a man named "Sylar", Sylar will laugh, say no, and they will walk into the sunset, Molly screaming all the way. Until the eye tattoo gives it away again ofcourse.
theJollity
Nice comparison, Leek!
A Series of Unfortunate Events... yea, I can see that happening too biggrin.gif

I think the agent with Audrey, in the first episodes, was with the Company.

That makes sense.

Mo might have problems with the adoption, considering he's not a citizen and he's single. But he doesn't have anyone and he and Molly are good for each other. Not to mention she'd help him find anyone on the list!

If he and Sylar (not if, when damnit!) meet up again, it should be interesting. Mohinder would rather die before helping him, but would he risk Molly's life?
lastserenade
It will sure work well for Mohinder and his quest to find the people on the list but maybe not so much for Molly. She needs to be part of a proper family. She shouldn't just be used as a scientists tool. Then again, I assume Sylar will still be after her so she can't really ever have a normal life while he is still alive. At least Mohinder knows that she needs to be protected.

I doubt Mohinder would treat her like a tool. The guy pulled a gun on another person to keep her safe. He cares about her.
Justin
Pointless to say but... just for the record: I called it.
kitty
I'm really glad he ended up taking care of her.

laugh.gif That's what I said quietly to myself on the subject of people pairing Mohinder and Parkman together. I went through the whole first episode knowing that people would go ship-happy.

I also called Mollinder at one point, for all you folks out there, and your therapists. biggrin.gif

I'll go for damn near any perversion you can name but please let's not start pedo-ships here people. Please? Oh god the mental images...they don't stop...

Okay, two things. First I'll be sending you the bill from my therapist. Molly's nightmares are NOTHING compared to the ones the thought of Mollinder will give me.

Secondly: I officially call the name Parkinder for the Matt/Mohinder ship.

Yeah, I know. I saw the previews, called the ship, and was then disgusted when I was right. Mollinder is scary, and yet...I'm a Mohaire fan! biggrin.gif
Justin
To be honest, I think most shipping is very silly, especially when characters have very clear reasons not to be in those relationships (incest, pedophilia, ******, vengefulness over father's death). Some authors/shippers think that breaking those barriers is 'cool' or 'stylish' or whatever... I think it's self-serving and perhaps a bit arrogant.

But who am I to deny a Syhindlar/Mollicah/whatever fan their own private dreams?
