i don't think much of anything happens in the show without a reason...names for instance. "Noah" - the guy who gathered up all the animals to protect them from the flood? An analogue to HRG/Noah's (new?)role in Heroes?

Many of the names have Biblical meanings. I'm not sure why HRG is Noah.
kinda goofy but it does appear they were going for that effect

huh, i just made a connection: they say that a character in season 2 will develop a drinking problem, which fits the part of the Noah story after the flood ...
