I don't think it's him, stopping on the close up and comparing to other photos, even video from "Touched by an Angel" he doesn't look like that guy. They guy in the video has Sybrows, and similar features but looking at specific ones, ears, top lip, nose, it's not Zach.

Haha, sorry guys but that is so not him. I agree with Chris, even compared to the Touched by an Angel years, it really doesn't look like him. I think Zach just tends to have alot of look-alikes out there. Although no one can compare to our Zach.
