I'm just wondering if anyone notice that there seems to be a common point between all the power: they can all collect info without anyone knowing they did it --> perfect for surveilance and spying...

Eden: can persuade anyone to spill easily, possibly without the person even realize that info had been extract (ex: Matt didn't seem to remember that it was Eden that give him to command to eat donuts)

Haitian: can collect info without anyone remember that he was there, and according to the GN appearingly can read memories by touch...

Claude: can collect info without anyone without knowing he is there...

Candice: can impersonate anyone to get info, or possibly even cast the illusion that she was not there while a group of people is discussing some secret info...

Hana: can collect any electronic info without anyone knowing they are being hacked...

Molly: can give the location of any person on the planet without the person even realizing that they are being tracked...

And they were also considering to brind Matt under the fold after Company Man --> who can read the info off a person thinking it, appearing with sufficient range that he doesn't even have to be near enough the target to be noticed (ex: Matt reading "Sylar" off Bennet in the police car)

As for other specials who don't have powers relating to spying and surveillance, it seems that they are only interested in learning how they work, then eliminate/release (ex: Ted, Sylar, and possibly Claire, Nathan, and Peter... and DL & Niki who they track/manipulate from time to time, but never recruited as official agents...).

So just wondering if anyone have similar thoughts... And maybe it would be useful in guessing what type of powers would the OWI may recruit in season 2 if it still exist then...

Very perceptive!

Micah could do the same, as could Peter after meeting the right people, and Sylar after killing the right people. DL would be able to steal any written information (like the report Hana got about Linderman).

Don't forget they brought Isaac in for a while, and even after they released him they were monitoring all his work. But, here's the thing... that's pretty much every character in the series, right? They were interested in Nathan because of his politics, but they weren't trying to recruit him.. other than Linderman's plan to make him President. They were interested in containing Ted, not recruiting him. Linderman only dealt with Niki on a contract basis, there was never a long-term plan for her. They could never catch or contain Hiro, and he's too idealistic to go with their scheme anyway. He would have been valuable to them, but they could not possibly get him unless his mindset was altered greatly.
So, basically, almost any character in the series is good for getting information like the OP said, and the Company is interested in pretty much all of them. The only ones that they didn't express much interest in were FRYING MAN! and Nuclear Ted.

Excellent point, I have to say I agree with just about everything said previously here.

Though FRYING! MAN could have some sort of use, considering that once he gets the info he could simply just fly away fast enough for no one to logical follow. That's just my thoughts though.
