The show was filmed prior to him cutting his hair. There are some shots of him as "Director!Milo" where he has the bangs, just more nicely managed.

1) 95% probability : I wouldn't recognize them and realize about 5 kilometers after, who I have passed
2)4% probability: I would recognize him and do something stupid, like tart talking very fast and unstoppably or try to hang on his neck or making him drop his plate of meal or sth
3)1% probability : I would act with big respect and whisper a few words, which he wouldn't even hear, and he would think I'm an idiot without a tongue to speak, and pass me by, giving the plate to take it back to the kitchen.
