Is anyone else crossing there fingers for another, what I like to call - nakie Naki hookup? These two are just so hot together, and I'm hoping certain circumstances brought forth in season 2 can bring these 2 back together! Anyways, any Naki shippers here?! I LOVE the thought of them together...
First of all i gotta say I LOVE NAKI! They are my ship in the fadom and i think it seems promising that the Heroes writers might peruse it. Even for just little while.
Lets gather up my reason to why i hope for this.
They connected, Niki and Nathan I mean. Nathan whose very much paranoid with keeping things to himself seemed to console on Niki about his love of Birdseye views and He hinted his powers to her quite bluntly with out actually saying 'I can fly' which isn't the Nathan we know who by all means don't even admit to his daughter that he can fly or his brother as quickly. Niki did the same with the personality thing with him only she didn't actually say 'I have a dark side called Jessica' They share a devotion to family and their boys. He did not lie to her and she did not to him about their lives. She told him about DL, He -If I remember correctly- let her on the fact that he's married. Most of the things they talked about is NOT something you bring up when your trying to seduce someone. * THERE was a CONNECTION!
There is no denying the mutual attraction here and the pure flirtation from the second she deliberately bumped onto him. I don't think he was planning to sleep with her for reasons stated above and all he did was simply ruin a beautiful girl's night, invited her to her room for champaign (despite the consequences) while having no idea he was put to it and also knowing she was not a Prostitute. He was just being charming or polite and possibly with some argument a womanizer despite the odds.
When he did kiss her after butter melting flirtation and conversation. It was not only a tender kiss that he wanted more of, she bit her lips the second she stopped. Saying she couldn't. (maybe she didn't want to go through with the deal since he turned out be a OK guy) He clearly seemed heartbroken but he did not try to seduce her back into doing it which was a open option. NOW we move onto Jessica. Notice how Jessica took a little tiny deep breath before kissing him for the life of her. She honestly was nervous and more than attracted. She gave him a lovely show that he was keen on. If she as only out for a fu.ck she would have done. No various kissing. Just fuc.king but it seemed she was going to enjoy it and give him the ride of his life. As any man he had no arguments.
They were still in the bed. Then later he fallowed he down the stairs and she told him everything- utterly in tears. He was clearly hurt by her actions but he still He consoled her as she pretty much almost broke down in public in front of him. He said all those nice things and Despite it all her deception-He gave her his number.

But back to being a husband and not at the right place, at the right time he put the phone off on her just as his wife walked in. Despite Jessica's keenness to kill Nathan. Niki wasn't and she let him in on Liderman's plans yet again. There was underlined flirtations here too. Now my personal theory here is that it wasn't Niki at all and it was Jessica all the way. Whats to say Liderman asked her to kill him. i mean why did he want him dead when he had important plans for him later as president? Or Maybe he was making it up as he went along which is highly unlikely. Since he knew how Nathan was out to take him down, He knew that Jessica was going to get to him before hand. BUT Later on, he wasn't all that surprised with the Gun, more Amused with it even and Niki told Nathan to agree with whatever Linderman asked of him. SO maybe Jessica wasn't told to kill Nathan-we just assumed that much due to her last target- and instead she was told to give him the gun, get rid of the wires... so he could test Nathan.
As times goes seems like Niki to starts to remember things that Jessica is up to. She tried to tell DL about Jessica's plans, She remembered being told by Liderman that Nathan was wired and why would Niki tell Nathan to agree with whatever Liderman asked of him ( Niki would never want that, unless it's simply to save him and that also helps with my Naki support). She knew all that and that's all Jessica's information-which also supports my theory that it wasn't Niki But Jessica. Then we see him tackle her to the bed, Niki would not be so open to that sort of thing but Jessica in the other hand is much more interested. She hands him the gun and tells him to punch her so 'she knows whose in control' i don't think Jessica wanted Niki putting a damper on things and is letting her on the fact that Jess is the boss now. Due to the little Photo trick with DL Niki pulled.
Despite the whole confusion he might be in at the scene. Nathan is confused, angry, flirtatious and then obedient. Unsure of her weird talk he punches her. That proves he's open to violence when needed and that is a must when we come to face Jessica. Plus he's not into asking questions.
Later when DL and Jessica are out to find Micah. Jessica suggest that Nathan would know where liderman would be, Where Micah might be. Now that comes in strange when not too long earlier Jessica couldn't remember What Niki did with Nathan's picture. So this can prove that it was Jessica pulling a Niki when she sent Nathan to Liderman.
Here you can tell the secret understanding both Jessica and Nathan seem to chair. They all know, even DL that there is something going on between Nathan/Niki&Jessica. But there is no talking about it. You can almost tell how Nathan looks at DL that he registers the fact that DL is the convict husband and Micah is the genius boy of which Niki talked to him about. He plays it cool and Jessica seemed impressed at the testosterones flaring from both men.
Nathan does help-Despite the fact that Liderman was going to make him president. Mostly because he also wanted Liderman dead and Jessica points this out too. Nathan seems to have put being a hero and helping her find her son before his precious career. So, as Niki asked when she called him- He did help.
With them is a game play. Sexy and suggestive. Both Niki and Jessica have a thing for Nathan. Jess for sexual needs and Niki for emotional. Nathan seems to fulfill both parts's needs. he also thinks she's the sort of girl you look for your all you life. So we know Hedi is not that girl, then.
Now that DL is dead and Hedi leaft Nathan (for now at least, not sure if she'll come back). There is no need for Niki to hold true to devotion, faithfulness to her husband and Nathan is in need of confrot due to missing Peter with no wife around.

SO all we need now is the writers to get the hint and dash them together. They fit and they are unpredictable, capable of giving us a yo-yoing relationship and the sex that keeps a show interesting. Wow, you've said it perfectly. I've been a Niki/Nathan and Niki/Jessica fan since Collision and I loved all those moments you've mentioned. Niki and Nathan really connected, and Jessica and Nathan had crazy sexual chemistry.
And then in the future she's with PETER? Gross, way to work through the family tree, who's next? LOL. Anyhow, I was really hoping for a hookup, but DL came back into the picture and Niki/Nathan just didn't seem to connect like they once did.
But now with Nathan's divorce and Niki being a widower, I guess it's a whole new ballgame!
