Thanks for the link. It was announced earlier at the San Diego Comic-Con that Kevin Smith was writing and directing, but there's a great quote in the article you provided. Plus, I'm glad to see he's already pitching a story. Very cool.
I was checking out the ComicCon vids on the NBC website, and I saw that. How coolly! I love Kevin Smith! I can't wait to see what he writes into the Heroes world
