Spike Tv's having their second annual Scream event Friday, Oct. 19th. It's their awards show and will feature awards given out to nominees from the horror, sci-fi,comic book, and fantasy genres. The nominees were picked by a panel of people from those respective genres and of course Heroes got some noms. Here are the categories that they are nominated in. Oh and special congrats goes to Zachary Quinto for being the only non film- villain nominated in his very crowded category
