Did anyone notice HRG's boss scar? He had a slash across his forehead as if Sylar had started to get to him

I did notice the scar when he had him helpless on the table.. but.. usually sylars cuts are a straight line on the forehead.. this guys was all over the place...
his character, although i dont recall his name being said, i have a gut feeling he has a bigger role to come... after Noah threatened him.. he had that look of "ill get you back"

Really? I thought he had a look of, "I need to go change my underwear because I just messed myself"

A bully like that never appreciates being shown up. While he may have been in pain at the moment, he'll soon start stewing over that "old guy" who's his "subordinate" having stood up to him. He's going to find a way to get even...and I'd bet it has something to do with sabotaging HRG's new mission with Mohinder.

Noah and the Manager
OK ... I have to ask ...
Why wouldn't the manager just fire Noah?
I really liked the finger scene. Coleman plays it well
and it's just a joy to see Noah put a moron in their place.
It demonstates the same thing as Claire's scenes - it's very
difficult to resist being who you are.
But still ... why wouldn't the manager just fire him? I love Heroes
for having a strong toe-hold in a grounded sense of reality. And in
the real world, Noah would be unemployed.

I wouldn't rule it out. The manager is probably smart enough to figure it's not a good idea to tell this psycopath that he's fired to his face. Perhaps Mr. HRG can expect a phonecall next episode.
Then again, perhaps he'll get a promotion xP

welcome back curly marie!
yea, his scar sorta looks weird. at first i though it was the helix, but it loks to straight for that.
i think the manager just wanted to bug him. i mean, Noah was just drinking his coffee, and the manager was bugging noah that there was a long line of customers, even though there weren't.
i think he (the manager) was bugging noah, cuz hes the new guy.

The manager kinda reminds me of Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite.

Didn't notice the scar. But this had to be the single worst character on the show yet. He was absurdly cartoonish. I've had crappy bosses that get off on power, but the character was completely unbelievable. They were just trying to appeal to our basic instinct to hate our bosses. He acted more like another character in Office Space. If this were a comedy, that'd be one thing. Horrible dialogue, horrible acting.
I agree with the Napoleon Dynamite comment as well. Except this wasn't Napoleon Dynamite, so he didn't fit here.
