I noticed that too. I wanted to start a post on it but I just don't have enough info to speculate, we know nothing of this at the moment, all we can do is wait until a hint is given... slightly related, i liked the (unsaid) fact that the police had her fingerprints on file due to her being arrested for shoplifting from the very first episode. those socks FINALLY had a point, yay!

i'm rewatched i didnt notice a time that we saw her actual hand touch it without gloves, thats creeeeeeeeeepy, bum bum bum, but if you remember Candice, someone could transform like her and touch the photo as angela and then kick Hiro's dad butt, sadly, wahhh

again, the simplest explanation is that Angela had held that photo at some point in the past, before it was torn in half and the pieces marked on

That's what I think too. It was a picture of her and Kaito so it's completely plausible that she held the photo before.
