Well, sex could probably be gotten around as what needs to be gotten past is expendable in the bodily sense, plus for the wounds to heal, the impeding object needs to be removed, like the sword through Adam or the spike in Claire's neck when she "dies" the first time.

Pregnancy, however, would probably be sped up if anything. It could probably construct and care for the child in a matter of days unattended. She would be a baby machine, especially since her power would allow her to repair any damage that may cause complications in pregnancy.

I don't think RCR heals any old wounds. It'll accept a status quo that must be returned to. (Nathan still has his scars on the chin after receiving Adam's blood, RCR couldn't do anything against Adam's receding hairline, and Claire kept her piercings for the earrings because they were already there).
