Let's speculate on who might be the person that Mom Petrelli's stare at when they cuff her?

Claude?

A production crew member?

The hooded Hoodlum?

The late ghost of Mr. Petrelli?

It wasn't just a stare. I thought that it looked like Mamatrelli saw someone she did not expect to see. To me she did not look pleased to see them.

just my 2 cents

I actually have different theory on this one... When I saw this scene, and I'm assuming we're talking about when Parkman is rolling Angela out in the wheelchair, it looks like she is shocked to see OR HEAR someone. Parkman also gave a weird look as if he knew something. Do we know what Angela's power is yet? My thought might be that she has the same power as Parkman and they were mind reading each other, somehow Parkman knew and though something to her and she was shocked. Just a thought.
