I think I may have missed a memo, as it were? Mama Pettrelli told Matt that if he kept digging they would find out what "we can do". DId I miss what she can do? Do we know what Angela's power is? If we do, please fill in the gap in my brain.
Thanks

Don't worry, we still don't know what her power is. Some people have speculated, but we don't know what it is for sure. You didn't miss anything.

Well, it clearly has something to do with her mind... because she could communicate with Matt telepathically, or at least could sense he was in her head ("GET OUT OF MY HEAD!").

Not necessarily. Matt heard her think about someone wanting revenge and then he mentioned it immediately out of the blue. Angela's fairly intelligent from what we've seen and was able to deduce that Matt was hearing her thoughts.

Yeah, Matt was pretty obvious about it. I'm sure she's dealt with mind readers before. She might even know Peter can.

Anglea's not stupid she can tell when someone is reader her mind. Another hint is a guy looking at her with a tilted head and slightly squinted eyes that isn't saying anything. I know i am on the watch out for people who do that to me.

It's true that we don't know what her power is, but one of the producers did say last year that it was one we'd already seen. So telepathy is possible (although I don't think so). I think persuasion is possible, although I don't have a great deal of evidence to back that up.

I would say no to persuasion. Only because if it was persuasion then Nathan would have never flew off to help Peter. I believe it's some sort of dreaming ability like the one Peter shows from time to time. He dreamed about flying and blowing up, so I'm guessing that's a power he mimiced from her. I might be wrong though.

I don't believe persuasion is out. Nathan followed her 'advice' until nearly the end. Remember persuasion does not mean control. I think Nathan's love for Peter could/would have ultimately broke his mother's hold over him with her power (if that is indeed her power).

Also, it seemed as if she could have been using persuasion to make her confession believable with the other police investigator. Her 'confession' seemed blatantly fake to me, but that officer seemed to really believe it. And of course, no point to try and fool Matt as she figured out he was a mind reader.
