I definatly thought it was just a mistake, but considering how often stuff like that happens on tv, you might be on to something.

Edited to add: I was looking closer at the passport, and while they screwed up bigtime with the wrong gender, it also shows the first concrete evidence of consistancy in character age, it lists Peter's birthday as December 23, 1979, which fits with his mother saying he was 26 in "Godsend" He just turned 27. Yay Show! for people interested, if you take into account the "War Buddies" dates, it's pretty safe to say that Nathan's 12 years older than him

Maybe Peter is really Petra, and her power manifested at an early age. She came into contact with a Hero that can change their form, and wanted so much to be like older brother Nathan she unknowingly changed into a boy. That would explain a lot about her character, for sure.

I feel the same way. Why would they type all that info up, just to mess up on the obvious item. They probably knew Milo wouldn't look at in in depth, so they threw it in as a prank.

Let's face it his sex life isn't going too well. As a character trait he's emo... so things aren't going well right off the bat.

He hooked up with a chick who was shot by her ex-boyfriend (who she was still seeing)

The next fancy that he got was cute, but also 16-17(?) and what's more she turned out to be the love child of her brother's high school fling.

And the girl that he just met started off well except for the fact that she has no idea who he is (likes drifters ) and her brother (who was a thief and she always hung out around ) he got killed.

So yeah. FAIL.

Bingo! Somewhere around here there's a thread that suggests the Company has deliberately planted Peter in Ireland for some purpose. Obviously they planted the passport, with the typo, as well. This suggests that whatever he's supposed to do, he needs to acquire a shapeshifting power or something like it first. Otherwise he can't use the passport to get out of the country.
