Elle's cell phone

One thing that stuck out like a sore thumb to me (having spent waaay too much time supporting cell phones these past 5 years), was that Elle's Sprint cellphone seemed to work fine in Cork, Ireland. Sprint only has one or two phones that work Internationally, and the one she was using was not one of them.

Soooo, either the producers didn't worry about the product placement, or Elle can control electricity so well that she can make a cell phone work in an area with no compatible coverage... I'm hoping for the latter...

I'm just glad she knows how to do more than shoot wee lil energy balls.

IIRC, cell phone signals aren't electric.

My sprint phone (treo) has worked fine overseas.

Hmmm...now's there's a uselful power in and of itself...four bars where ever you go would be pretty nifty...

You can't get mad at Peter lol. As we saw she can emit little streams of electricity to big huge ones like that, Peter just did something in between out of instinct besides in the GN we see Peter use that power much better so he can do more than balls or rather bolts now.

I wish my phone worked that well. I can't keep a signal driving on 45 from Houston to the Woodlands. More power to sprint. Unfortunately I had to switch from Verizon to Sprint.

I just wonder how much they paid for that product placement b/c (let me know if I'm wrong) I doubt that that sprint logo is THAT big on that model of phone. It was huge and was placed in one of the high percentage viewing locations on the screen.
