Maybe the mobster that Ricky and his gang worked for is part of the 12. They got sent there to steal iPods, but all that was in the crate was Peter. And after Peter had sent the two thugs running, Ricky got on his case because one of them was the mobster's son. I'm wondering if that guy doesn't have something to do with this. No one has said that they are all from America. Maybe he is in on it?

I've always assumed that they were sent to get Peter. Maybe the mobster works for a different faction of the Company.

Or they are they are their own entity? It was always conspicious to me that they were sent to that specific container and Peter was the only thing in it. Maybe someone else sent them there to free him from the Company.

I think this is a simple case of over thinking and too much specualtion.

Ricky and his gang were going to the crate to get iPods, either someone messed up or they were directed there for some reason. Either way they found Peter. Ricky got ****** at Peter because he caused trouble for him, the guys who went to the bar were looking for Ricky because he agreed to doing certain things and he didn't live up to his agreement which is why they decided to do the armored truck heist.

If they were apart of the Company then there be no need to look for Peter as the Company know where he is, course why would the Company put him in that situation lol.

In the end its mainly coincidences, the only time the Company gets involved is when Elle is looking for Peter.

My outlook on it is as follows:
Peter was their instead of the ipods on purpose, one is to assume that the person behind Peter getting their was the Haitian since he had no memory and his necklace.
Maybe this mobster that Ricky worked for was apart of the company and Peter was sent to kill him or her. I dont remember them ever mentioning a gender for this character. If i had to guess i would say it might be the woman next to Matt's dad. The question is why would the Haitian or anyone for that matter, need Peter to kill more of the 12.

I am thinking that its somewhere along these lines; someone put Peter in that crate for safe keeping, presumably till Elle can arrive to "claim" him. On the cargo manifest, they put down Ipods - nothing suspicious about that. Ricky's boss sees that cargo manifest, decides that Ipods is pretty good value for money, and sends Ricky. Instead they find Peter... and we all know what happens then.

Hmm seems plausible enough, I guess the Company should of put Peter under Teddy Bears lol.

Okay, that is a very good conclusion on that. I'll have to agree with it. And if the Haitian did lose his memory, who did it? You would think he would have realized his necklace is gone by now.

Here is my theory on all this. Obviously Peter got the electricty power from Elle before being put in the shipping container. I believe after he "blew up" the Company found him and wanted to test/keep him safe/whatever it is they do to people. Elle put him in the Container to be shipped to a certain place safely. The container got mixed up on the way and was sent to Ireland instead which is why Elle knew what Container (she asked about the container first I believe before questioning where Peter was) he was in but had been searching for where it went to.

The mobster Ricky owes money too will play big part because he knew Peter was in it and sent Ricky's gang to get Peter out of there before the Company could reach him. I think when we see the 4 months ago episode it will show Elle caring for Peter after the explosion, only for her to put him in the container and ship out, then we watch it get mis-shipped and sent to Ireland where he sat until freed. And no I don't think he was in the container for 4 months, but for a decent amount of time.

Only way I can make sense out of the "if they put him in the container, why are they searching for him then?"

Maybe it's the differece in skin color, but the necklace looks silver on the Haitian, and gold on Peter. The easier answer, though, is: it's just a similar necklace. Possibly it came from the same place the Haitian got his.

I'm not so sure Elle was caring for him. She doesn't yet strike me as the caring kind. I think she was testing him, through torture. A traumatic experience like that could explain his memory loss.

I think the important question is, did Ricky get turned onto the container on purpose, or by accident? I would guess it is on purpose. Maybe the Boss knew the container belonged to the Company and has a grudge or used to be part of it. So he sent his lackeys to scope out what was inside.
I doubt it was just dumb luck that they happened on that container.

So he sent a bunch of normal everyday goons to handle the situation, while at the same time possibly incurring the Companys wrath? Doesn't make sense.

It wasn't dumb luck; they knew that Ipods were meant to be in there. I think in this situation people are looking for a complicated answer when there isn't one.

Yeah, it could very well be just reading too much into it. It's just that sometimes, you get caught up in what is going on and what is going to happen that you sometimes forget what has happened. And the mobster stuff was episode 1 and 2 more or less, so as the season progresses, you forget about that stuff. I was just speculating some things on it. Besides not everyone in the photo is accounted for yet. Never know when one of them is gonna come popping out or dead. smile.gif
