I guess Bob could be Sylar's dad, maybe that explains why they were keeping him alive after kirby plaza and in Texas after homecoming.

I thought where Peter went in Montreal was Sylar's father's place because the first thing they showed in there was a clock.

Well he's was not there for a lot of Sylar's life, just like Maury left Parkman as a kid to join the twelve. . .

Maybe we'll learn more about Sylar's geneology. Seems like a lot of our Heroes have parents that were part of the 12, and therefore connected. Too bad they just didn't let them have birthday parties and things growing up, then they'd have known each other. (Good idea for a fan fic! Kid Heroes!) I don't think Sylar's dad is Bob, or they would have probably had a nicer place. Unless he only fixed GOLD watches! Maybe Sylar is Matt's half brother, and Maury is his dad. And since Maury left Matt when he was younger, he could have another family. And it would explain the evil streak..

I like the idea of Adam Monroe being Sylars fathers...Maybe Peter meets him, starts to befriend him then learns he is Sylars dad and wants NOTHING to do with him. Adam knocks him out, (maybe he has learned the Hatians power), wipes his mind, throws him in a crate and ships him to Scottland. IF...Adam has other powers, that could be where Peter picked up electricity control...

This is a storyline that the writers don't want to go into right now, however ironic that may be. (With the chapter being "Generations" and all...)

Although I'm also curious, I think we should be glad that it's not being added in. We've already got too many stories going on, another may break the camel's back.

Sylars dad is none other than papa petrelli double identity anyone? Besides its plausible because Sylar claims to fix watches... it's been a year already and I've seen him kill more people then fix watches, by my count its.. one watch (chandras) , one clock (his dads)

But did you notice the clock had no hands. If your up on the spoilers you know where I'm going:


Kensei = Adam - over 400 years old, immortal, hence the clock without hands, timeless

Also, if you review the scene you'll see artifacts from White Beard's Army including a Samuri outfit and the flags that his army were carrying

I thought I noticed that but I wasn't sure. And that would make more sense anyway.

Not to burst bubbles but in the most recent behind the eclipse the writers said that Sylar's dad won't be making an appearence anytime soon. Considering they have written all the episodes for volume 2 already i doubt it will come up this season. I am pretty sure Sylar won't be around for volume 3 because of the new trek movie
