when did peete aquire dl's powers...in no scene this year did i see them two together...or in the same proximity..even at kirby plaza...or did i miss something

Peter did absorb everyone's abilities in Kirby Plaza. This was confirmed by the writers in one of the Behind the Eclipses.

If what they showed in tonights episode is the complete time line then he had to have gotten them from proximity at Kirby Plaza during the last episode of season 1. This should mean he also has Micah's and Molly's abilities as well.

The question becomes what was he trying to do to get into Adams cell when he was pushing on the wall? He shouldn't have had a clue about the phasing ability at that point. What we should have seen is him taking a swing at the wall with super strength or telekinesis and then a look of shock when he just fell through it.

Well every normal hero at least. The verdict is still out on what the hell Peter gets from Sylar.

I think when Peter was staring at the wall..he must be thinking "I wish I could get through this wall" and his power kicks in. It's similar to 2 episodes ago, his time travel just kicked in when he was thinking about it...

Except Adam was urging him to do it. And knew enough to touch Peter to go through the wall to get out. Peter didn't tell him that - Adam knew.

Peter seemed pretty far from D.L. at Kirby Plaza--at least 200 feet. Only Niki got up close. If he managed to absorb D.L.'s powers from that distance, he must also have Micah and Molly's abilities.

Peter should have no clue he could do that.

And nothing in the Matt/mohinder/molly/claire/sylar/HRG side.

Peter has A LOT of abilities.

Obviously option B precludes that Peter was absorbing powers earlier than his ability to use them kicked in, so it's unlikely that he has this ability at all)
Eidetic memory: from Sylar, indirectly from Charlie Andrews
Super hearing: from Sylar, indirectly from Dale
Melting stuff power: from Sylar, indirectly from Zane Taylor

And of course it's entirely possible that random people Peter has been passing in the street since the show began had an ability and he would have absorbed those too.

Everyone is forgetting that Linderman was Adams disciple..and he was setting up the whole Dl/Niki/micah scenario since they were born...or at least in their early teens. Because Adams has been looked up for 30 years, it's possible he could have known or been the drving force behind that happening
