If you read the recent TV Guide covers, he's mentioned.

they wanted to do a lot more with him, but he's too busy doing his british shows (like dr who) to tape more heroes episodes.

The official excuse is that Eccleston was not available this year, although I believe that, according to the latest interview with him, he does appear to be available now. I certainly would like to see more of Claude. I hope Eccleston comes back - and soon.

I read in TV Guide that he's gonna come back in season 7.

They'll probably snatch him up as soon as he's available (and when writers are writing again...his availability now does no good whatsoever). I'm very interested in them following up on the story of who it was he hid from the Company that led to Noah being assigned to kill him in the first place.

I miss Claude

I'll just resign myself to the idea that he's been there this entire time since the rest of season 1 and now into season 2. Especially in those "Did you just hear something?" or "Is it drafty in here, or is it just me?"-type scenes. I hope he starts picking better projects though. My friend dragged me to a movie he was in recently, knowing I'd see it if he was in it, and I was sorely disappointed. I'd have to go on imdb.com to see what that abomination was called.

lol, yeah about two years ago. He was replaced after the first season. They are basically finished season 4 now.
