During the previews for upcoming episodes they keep saying there's # of episodes left. After last night's episdoe it was "only 2 episodes left." Can someone confirm if that is only 'til the hiatus and Heroes will return next Feb/Mar? Or is this the end of Heroes 'til the writer's guild strike is over? (Please note, I don't want this to turn into a referendum and/or a debate on the merits of the strike, just want confirmation on how much more I'll be able to enjoy Heroes.)
Thanks.

I understand that there are two produced episodes left which conclude second chapter. And no more until WGA-strike is over.

I heard there is only 2 more episodes left this season until the writers strike is over. I read on a different forum that they re-wrote the ending to the Dec 3rd episode to act as the season ending just in case the strike goes a while.
From what I heard they also canned the Origins Series because of the writers strike. That was supposed to be the short one-off shows about 1 new character that was going to run between the 1st and 2nd half of season 2.
