Do you think they will link Molly's family to the group of 12? It only makes sense because when her parents were found dead, Sylar had removed her father's brains.

Sylar was only after people with ablilties, not the original 12.
i think they've only metioned them (the actual 12) in season 2 actaully. (Kaito and Angela might have mentioned something about but, i can't remember)

If the special gene is genetic Molly's parents would need to be related to at least one person with a special ability. That one person could very well be one of the 12. But on the other hand, not everyone with a special ability had to be in this group. There could be other groups also...

Nope, it wasn't. Sylar just froze him before he killed him so he won't be able to fight back because he obviously had a power that either made him too fast or too dangerous for Sylar.

However, they never revealed what Walkers ability was, nor Davids from the novels nor the two victims (male and female) from the FBI Photos.

The cryokinesis is probably from David from the novels or one of the two on the fbi photos.
